In addition I help them build greater organizational awareness and help them develop the skills to create and maintain lasting change in their organizations.
Personal Development
I help organizations build the skills and leadership capacity of their workforce through the power of Personal Development. I offer a variety of in-person and on-line seminars and courses designed to increase the knowledge and skills of every member of the organization. Consistent progress needs consistent work.
