Hi, I’m Dr. Tee. I am a consultant, writer, speaker, and educator with more than 20 years of experience helping people understand the complexities of organizational leadership, soft skill development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
My mission is to prepare leaders and their organizations to navigate the leadership challenges of today and tomorrow successfully. Through training, coaching, speaking, and consulting, I help organizations not only develop effective leaders but effective leaders who can confidently and competently lead across differences.
