What do you do?
I help leaders and organizations build diverse and inclusive organizations that transform company culture.
What areas do you specialize in?
I specialize in helping leaders and their organizations understand the complex issues of diversity & inclusion, organizational leadership and personal development. I create engaging educational experiences in which the complexities of these issues are explored and explained in ways that are are practical and accessible.
What are your qualifications?
I have over 20 years of experience in the design and facilitation of educational experiences for adult learners. I’ve taught in academic contexts (undergraduate and graduate) as well as non academic contexts. I have worked with individual leaders, teams, small organizations and large organizations in the areas of Diversity & Inclusion, Organizational Leadership and Personal Development. I’ve also worked with corporate organizations, public organizations and non-profit organizations. In terms of my fields of study, I hold the following credentials:

- Master of Arts, Organizational Leadership

What are your coaching areas of expertise?
From a content perspective, my areas of expertise are leadership development, diversity and inclusion and personal development. I am fluent in each of these areas and their intersections, which are very important for building and maintaining diverse and inclusive organizations. Depending on the issue, I often take an approach that combines self awareness, perspective building and skill building. While coaching is often seen as an individual endeavor, I can also coach small groups and departments.
Where are you located, and how do you work with clients outside of your local area?
I am located in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. I work with organizations across the US and across the globe and location is not an issue. I will gladly travel to you and your location in order to work with you. Alternately, I am also happy to work with you and your organization via phone or video conference.
