I have more than 20 years of experience as a trainer, speaker and consultant. I have successfully worked with individual leaders, teams, small organizations and large organizations. I’ve also worked with corporations, public entities and non-profit organizations. I hold a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a doctorate and master’s degree in Social Justice Education.
